About

A little about me.

I grew up in Forney, TX and have moved around the Dallas area since. I went to the University of Texas at Dallas for my BA and MFA in Arts and Technology with a focus on Game Design and Development with a special focus on creating educational games. My capstone project was a game for the Perot Science Museum, Texas Animal Adventure, which you can find in their native animal area. I later transitioned into the UX product space and then consulting.

My wife and I now live in McKinney, TX, are both designers, and recently welcomed a baby girl into our family. We also have a cat and a dog.

I spend a lot of my time outside either working in the garden or hiking. I'm currently trying to visit all of the Texas State Parks.

While I no longer work in games, I still enjoy playing them. I have an uncomfortable amount of time invested in Civ 6 and my friends and I meet often for board games.
